The parties may agree to modify the Services through a written change order specifically referencing both this Agreement and the applicable Statement of Work. Such change order will become part of the applicable Statement of Work when executed by both parties, and the services described therein will become part of the Services.

Customer may request that Provider add features to the Software not in the Specifications by submitting a written proposed change order to Provider, in the form attached hereto as Attachment __ (Change Order Form). Provider shall not unreasonably refuse any such proposed change order, shall negotiate in good faith regarding change order terms, and shall not require rates higher than those in Section __ (Service Rates). A change order will become part of the applicable Statement of Work when executed by both parties, and the services described therein will become part of the Services.
