About the Book
The Tech Contracts Handbook: Cloud Computing Agreements, Software Licenses, and Other IT Contracts for Lawyers and Businesspeople is a practical and accessible reference and training manual on IT contracts, authored by David Tollen. Since initial publication in English in 2010, it has regularly topped the list as the #1 bestseller from the IP Section of its publisher, the American Bar Association (ABA). Its 3rd edition, published by the ABA in 2021, is now translated into Mandarin, published by New Sharing Culture Enterprise CO. It is a well-structured reference for readers from beginners to seasoned contracting practitioners. And, the new Mandarin edition includes bilingual contract clauses, making it a valuable tool for professionals handling international business transactions.
